This month shows you four ways to use our Baguettes to create exciting recipe ideas.

Four usage ideas for our baguettes
Caesar salad
Slice baguette on the diagonal. Melt butter in pan with crushed garlic and warm for 1-2 mins. Brush baguette with mixture and bake until golden brown. Add to salad for gourmet croutons!

Bruschetta
Slice baguette on the angle. Make bruschetta topping (tomatoes, olive oil, basil, onion, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar) and ‘griddle’ the baguette until toasted. Top with mixture and serve.

Garlic Bread
Warm crushed garlic, parsley and olive oil in a pan. Dip bread in the oil mixture and bake in oven or grill for 1-2 mins until golden brown. Top with the crushed garlic from pan and serve warm!

Catering for numbers
Fill entire baguettes with filling of your choice and cut to suit numbers and appetites!
