This month shows you how to use our Croissants to create a Traditional English Favourite. These serving suggestions can be used with all our croissants found on Pages 66-69.

Bread and Butter Pudding - Traditional English Favourite
1 - Raw ingredients: Croissants, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla pod, sultanas (or other fruit) and eggs.

2 - Slice croissants and arrange in a ovenproof dish, add fruit and sprinkle with sugar.

3 - Mix cream, eggs and butter together, and then infuse with vanilla pod. Add mixture to dish.

4 - Bake in moderate oven (170c) for 20 – 30 minutes, and then serve hot or cold with accompaniments.
