This month we show you a few suggestions on how to use our Chicken Skewers. These chicken shewers can be found on page 198 of our catalogue.

Chicken Skewers (Wraps)

Salad Bowl

Brush Arctic bread with olive oil, place in ovenproof mould and bake in warm oven for 3-4 minutes.  Leave to cool.  Remove chicken from skewers and mix with rocket, red onion, tomato and dressing.  Fill bowl with salad and serve! (35253 - Pg 44)

Pittas

Griddle pita bread for 1-2 minutes until puffs and slice open.  Fill with chicken and salad (as above) and serve! (PITA – Pg 45)

Arctic wrap

Place salad on wrap at one end of bread.  Place on top, removing the stick.  Roll up, cut in half and serve! (35253 – Pg 44)

Toasted Parcel

Take chicken and add to a filling of your choice, removing the stick.  Place in centre of wrap filling a square space surface.  Fold all edges in the middle, griddle, slice and serve! (WR1 – Pg 45)
