  • NVQ training for customers via Centre of Excellence;
  • ‘Sales & category help sheets’ database that outline & advise of top 25 selling products within each Bakery & FTG category;
  • Delivering market trend analysis to internal training presentations;
  • Create unique & business specific training manuals for Food Service customers;
  • Calendar of Customer open days throughout 2010;
