Delice de France's dedicated team of fully trained Telesales staff are at the end of the phone daily to take your orders, let you know about new products and inform you of great monthly promotions. Our team are all expertly trained in all aspects of our product range and with the support of a high tech call centre system, orders will always be handled in a professional, friendly and efficient way, saving you time!
To ensure you never forget your order, you can be allocated to a call list, where a dedicated Telesales representative will call you on a mutually agreeable call cycle.
If for any reason, you cannot place an order between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and between 9am and 5pm on a Saturday, customers can also benefit from a 24 hours a day answering service, to ensure you can place your order, whatever time of the day or night.
